2. any tips for installing on linux? please ??? even on fedora it gives errors, and on ubuntu libjpeg shows as missing but not the other 100 some-odd libraries that wont register successfully.

   • actually, i managed to get the libraries to load using

     setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH “/usr/autodesk/Softimage_2014/Application/bin:/usr/lib64:/usr/autodesk/Softimage_2014/Application/mainwin/mw/lib-amd64_linux_optimized:/usr/autodesk/Softimage”

     but now i get
     symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libXext.so.6: undefined symbol: _XGetRequest
     when trying to run xsi 😦 any ideas?
