Softimage 2010 includes CER. By default it is disabled, but you can enable CER by setting the SI_CER environment variable.

I don’t know if this affects anything but, after I send a report I get this error:
Cannot find ‘file:///C:/Softimage/Softimage_2010_SP1_x64/Application/bin/CER/thankYou.htm’. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.
Checking the path… there is no ‘CER’ folder.
