This hotfix is really for people using Arnold. The fixed issues were blocking people from using Arnold with 2011.

Update: The 2011 SP1 version of the hotfix is here.

  It works for me (in Internet Explorer).
  You can just go to autodesk.com/subscriptionlogin, log in, and then you can download the SAP hotfix.
