Is there a specific reason, why you limit your graph to two years?
I started tracking the numbers then…every month I would record the “total nb posts” on each forum.
Two years ago was when the Autodesk Support org starting talking about increasing their forum presence, so I wanted to have some numbers.
I see. Did you also keep a record of the actual posts? That would make a truly fascinating word cloud… 😉
Nope, I didn’t keep track of the actual posts. I had trouble just keeping track of the number of posts 🙂
