I installed Safari on Windows 7, and it did work.
I had to uninstall the Autodesk Download Manager first, but after that I was able to install the Download Manager in Safari and then download a version of Softimage.
I didn’t. For Safari, I didn’t even know it was available on Windows, so that piqued my curiousity and I installed it. I’ll try to try Opera later today…
I tried Opera, and I couldn’t get it to work. Every time I clicked Download Now, Opera wanted to install the Autodesk Download Manager, even though it was installed.
I was afraid of that (“story of my life” 😀 ), thanks for trying though! 😉
Nice but what about Safari? The browser that Autodesk forgot…

That sounds great! So if I do this on a Mac I’ll automatically get an OS X native version of Softimage right? 😉
Even a Mac can’t do magic like that 😉
Slim chance, I admit, but did you check Opera as well? 😉

Thank you! This was helpful
