the whole project was done in softimage at the filmakademie in germany.

I’m late on this one.
Judging by the history of the Softimage wiki page, these videos went up on 19 Nov of last year 2010.
It’s a “collection of videos created by Digital Tutors introduces new users to the features of Sofimage 2011.”
Softimage 2011 Subscription Advantage Pack Hotfix 1 (requires Subscription Center login)
This hotfix is really for people using Arnold. The fixed issues were blocking people from using Arnold with 2011.

Starting today, the service level agreements (SLAs) for initial response times will be based on two things: your Subscription level and the issue severity.
Come Monday morning, you’ll be seeing some changes on the Sub Center when you log a support request.
First, when you create a case, you’ll be asked to choose a topic. For example, license registration and activation or software download or technical support.
For technical support requests, there’s a simplified form to fill out. Note that there are now three possible Severity values:
